요약

AlarmK 는 서버 계정이 없습니다. 사용자 데이터는 기본적으로 기기 내에만 저장됩니다.
알람 시간·미션 설정·기상 통계는 iOS SwiftData 로 로컬 저장. 당사가 운영하는 서버로는 전송하지 않습니다. (사용자가 활성화한 경우 본인의 iCloud 컨테이너에만 CloudKit 동기화 — 자세한 내용은 §4)

1. 수집하는 정보

AlarmK 는 다음 정보를 기기 내에만 저장합니다:

알람 시간, 반복 요일, 사운드 설정, 미션 설정
알람 발사·반응·완료 시각, 미션 시도/완료 횟수
Wake Score, 7일 차트, 신뢰도 체크리스트 상태
외관 설정 (스타일, 다크 모드, 액센트 컬러)

이 데이터는 iPhone 의 SwiftData 데이터베이스에 저장되며, 사용자가 iCloud 백업 또는 iCloud 동기화 (Drive) 를 활성화한 경우 본인의 iCloud 로 동기화됩니다. 자세한 동기화 정책은 §4 참조.

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

AlarmK 는 다음을 일절 수집·저장하지 않습니다:

3. 권한 요청

AlarmK 는 다음 시스템 권한을 사용 시점에 요청합니다. 거부해도 앱은 부분 기능으로 동작합니다.

AlarmKit (iOS 26+)

잠금 화면 알람·무음/집중 모드에서도 울림·Dynamic Island 표시를 위해 사용. 거부 시 일반 알림 (UserNotifications) 으로 자동 폴백.

카메라

QR 미션 / 사진 미션 인증에만 사용. 촬영된 이미지는 인증 직후 폐기되며 저장·전송되지 않습니다.

동작 (Motion)

움직임 미션 처리에만 사용합니다 — 흔들기·스쿼트 미션의 가속도계 입력, 걷기 미션의 걸음 수(동작 및 피트니스). 해당 미션을 쓰는 알람을 저장할 때 권한을 요청합니다.

4. 데이터가 외부로 나가는 경우

AlarmK 는 당사가 운영하는 서버로 사용자 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다. 다음의 경우에만 외부로 데이터가 흐릅니다:

iCloud 백업 — 사용자가 iOS 설정에서 활성화한 경우, iOS 가 자체적으로 처리 (Apple 의 개인정보 처리방침 적용)
iCloud 동기화 (CloudKit) — 사용자가 iOS 설정에서 iCloud Drive 를 활성화한 경우, 알람 및 미션 설정이 사용자 본인의 iCloud 컨테이너 (iCloud.com.eazler.alarmk) 로만 CloudKit 을 통해 동기화됩니다. 당사는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없으며, 사용자의 기기 간 동기화 외 다른 용도로 사용되지 않습니다. 기상 통계·알람 핸들 같은 디바이스 고유 데이터는 동기화 대상에서 제외됩니다.
App Store 진단 데이터 — Apple 이 수집하는 표준 충돌 보고 및 사용 통계 (Apple 정책 적용)

향후 Wake Coach 등 당사 서버 연동 기능이 도입될 경우, 사용자에게 명시적 동의를 받은 뒤에만 활성화됩니다.

5. 제3자 SDK

AlarmK 는 광고·분석·트래커·소셜·크래시 리포팅 SDK 를 일절 사용하지 않습니다. 사용하는 외부 framework 는 모두 Apple 이 제공하는 시스템 framework (AlarmKit, SwiftData, ActivityKit, AVFoundation, Vision, CoreMotion) 입니다. 충돌 정보는 위 4항의 App Store 진단 데이터를 통해 Apple 의 정책에 따라서만 전달됩니다.

당사는 사용자의 데이터를 제3자에게 판매·대여·제공하지 않습니다.

6. 데이터 보관·삭제

로컬 데이터는 사용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다.
알람·미션 기록은 앱 내 설정 → "데이터 삭제" 로 언제든 초기화할 수 있습니다.
QR Keychain 항목도 동일 메뉴에서 삭제됩니다 (iCloud 키체인에 동기화된 사본 포함).

7. 어린이의 개인정보

AlarmK 는 만 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 어린이에게서 의도적으로 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 보안

QR 미션 시크릿은 iOS Keychain 에 kSecAttrAccessibleAfterFirstUnlock + kSecAttrSynchronizable(iCloud 키체인 동기화 항목) 로 저장 — 새 iPhone 으로 옮겨도 등록한 QR 이 인증되도록 하기 위함이며, iCloud 키체인의 종단간 암호화로 보호되어 Apple 도 당사도 내용을 볼 수 없습니다. iCloud 키체인을 끈 기기에서는 기기 내에만 저장됩니다. (1.2.0 이전의 기기 전용 항목은 최초 사용 시 무손실 이주)
모든 통신은 iOS App Transport Security (TLS 1.2+) 적용 — 단, 앱은 당사 서버와 통신하지 않음

10. 웹사이트 (alarmk.com)

위 내용은 iOS 앱에 대한 것입니다. 웹사이트 alarmk.com 에는 다음이 적용됩니다.

방문 통계 — 웹사이트에 분석 스크립트를 넣지 않았습니다. 다만 사이트가 Cloudflare 를 통해 제공되므로 IP 주소·브라우저 정보 같은 표준적인 요청 기록이 프록시 단계에서 처리되며, 당사는 집계된 트래픽 수치만 확인합니다. 처리 방식은 Cloudflare 의 정책을 따릅니다.
App Store 링크 — App Store 버튼을 누르면 브라우저가 표준 referrer 로 https://alarmk.com/ 를 Apple 에 전달합니다. 도메인만 전달되며 보고 계신 페이지 주소는 포함되지 않습니다. Apple 은 이를 유입 경로 통계로 집계합니다. 당사가 링크에 심는 추적 파라미터는 없습니다.
브라우저 저장소 — 선택한 표시 언어를 기억하기 위해 wg-lang 값을 브라우저 localStorage 에 저장합니다. 이 값은 브라우저 안에만 있고 당사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
외부 CDN — 글꼴과 스크립트를 cdn.jsdelivr.net 및 unpkg.com 에서 불러옵니다. 이 과정에서 IP 주소 등 표준적인 요청 정보가 해당 서비스에 전달됩니다.

Summary

AlarmK has no server account. Your data stays on device by default.
Alarm settings, mission configs, and wake stats are stored locally via iOS SwiftData. We do not transmit to any server we operate. (If you enable iCloud, data syncs only to your private iCloud container via CloudKit — see §4.)
QR mission secrets live in iOS Keychain and sync end-to-end encrypted via your iCloud Keychain (so a printed code survives switching iPhones; device-only if iCloud Keychain is off). Photo mission images are not stored.
We do not collect microphone audio, location, contacts, calendar, or health data.
The app carries no ad SDK, analytics SDK, or trackers. (For the alarmk.com website, see §10.)

1. Information We Store

AlarmK stores the following on device only:

Alarm time, repeat weekdays, sound settings, mission configuration
Alarm fire / response / completion timestamps, mission attempt and success counts
Wake Score, 7-day chart, Critical Mode checklist state
Appearance preferences (style, dark mode, accent color)

This data resides in the SwiftData database on your iPhone, and only leaves the device if you opt in to iCloud backup or iCloud Drive sync — in which case it syncs to your own iCloud account. See §4 for the full sync policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

AlarmK does not collect or store any of the following:

Microphone recordings
Precise location
Contacts
Calendar entries
HealthKit / sleep / biometric data
Browsing history
Advertising identifier (IDFA)

3. Permissions

AlarmK requests the following at point of use. Denying any permission keeps the app functional with reduced features.

AlarmKit (iOS 26+)

Used to fire lock-screen alarms that pierce Silent and Focus modes, and to display Dynamic Island. If denied, the app falls back to standard UserNotifications.

Notifications (UserNotifications)

Used as the alarm delivery path when the AlarmKit permission is denied.

Camera

Used only for QR mission scanning and photo mission verification. Images are evaluated in-memory and discarded immediately — never stored or transmitted.

Motion

Used only for the movement missions — accelerometer input for the Shake and Squat missions, and step counts (Motion & Fitness) for the Walk mission. The permission is requested when you save an alarm that uses one of them.

4. When Data Leaves the Device

AlarmK does not transmit your data to any server we operate. Data only leaves the device in these system-managed cases:

iCloud backup, if you enabled it in iOS Settings — handled entirely by iOS under Apple's privacy terms
iCloud sync (CloudKit), if you enabled iCloud Drive in iOS Settings — alarm and mission settings sync via CloudKit to your private iCloud container (iCloud.com.eazler.alarmk). We cannot access this data; it is used solely to sync between your own devices. Device-local data such as wake statistics and alarm handles is excluded from sync.
App Store diagnostics — Apple's standard crash logs and usage statistics under Apple's terms

Any future feature that involves a server we operate (Wake Coach, etc.) will be opt-in and disclosed before activation.

5. Third-Party SDKs

AlarmK does not bundle any advertising, analytics, tracking, social, or crash-reporting SDKs. All third-party frameworks are Apple-provided system frameworks (AlarmKit, SwiftData, ActivityKit, AVFoundation, Vision, CoreMotion). Crash information reaches us only through the App Store diagnostics described in section 4, under Apple's terms.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

6. Retention & Deletion

Local data is removed when you uninstall the app.
Alarm and mission history can be cleared at any time via Settings → "Erase data".
QR Keychain entries are removed by the same action (including copies synced to iCloud Keychain).

7. Children's Privacy

AlarmK is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Security

QR mission secrets are stored in iOS Keychain with kSecAttrAccessibleAfterFirstUnlock + kSecAttrSynchronizable (an iCloud Keychain item) — so your registered code still verifies after moving to a new iPhone. iCloud Keychain items are end-to-end encrypted; neither Apple nor we can read them. With iCloud Keychain off, the secret stays on this device only. (Pre-1.2.0 device-only entries migrate losslessly on first use)
All network traffic uses iOS App Transport Security (TLS 1.2+) — though the app makes no calls to a server we operate
Swift 6 strict concurrency catches data races at compile time

9. Changes

If this policy changes we update the Effective date above and surface in-app notice for material changes. If you need a previous version of this policy, request it at the contact address below.

10. The Website (alarmk.com)

Everything above concerns the iOS app. The following applies to the website at alarmk.com.

Visit statistics — the site embeds no analytics script. It is served through Cloudflare, so standard request information such as your IP address and browser is processed by Cloudflare as our proxy, and we see only aggregate traffic figures. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's terms.
App Store links — tapping an App Store button sends https://alarmk.com/ to Apple as the standard referrer. Only the domain is sent, never the page you were reading. Apple counts it as a traffic source. We add no tracking parameters to the link.
Browser storage — the site stores a wg-lang value in your browser's localStorage to remember the display language you chose. It stays in your browser and is not sent to any server we operate.
External CDNs — fonts and scripts are loaded from cdn.jsdelivr.net and unpkg.com. Doing so passes standard request information, including your IP address, to those services.

The website carries no advertising SDK and no advertising trackers, and it does not ask you to sign in or create an account.

3. 権限のリクエスト

AlarmK は以下のシステム権限を使用時にリクエストします。拒否してもアプリは一部機能で動作します。

AlarmKit (iOS 26+)

ロック画面アラーム・サイレント/集中モードの貫通・Dynamic Island 表示に使用。拒否時は通常の通知（UserNotifications）へ自動フォールバック。

通知 (UserNotifications)

AlarmKit の権限を拒否した場合のアラーム発火経路。

カメラ

QR ミッション / 写真ミッションの認証にのみ使用。撮影した画像は認証直後に破棄され、保存・送信されません。

モーション (Motion)

動作ミッションの処理にのみ使用します — シェイク・スクワットミッションの加速度センサー入力、歩行ミッションの歩数（モーションとフィットネス）。該当ミッションを使うアラームを保存する際に権限をリクエストします。

4. データが外部に出る場合

AlarmK は当社が運営するサーバーへユーザーデータを送信しません。以下の場合にのみデータが外部に流れます:

iCloud バックアップ — ユーザーが iOS 設定で有効にした場合、iOS が自ら処理（Apple のプライバシーポリシー適用）
iCloud 同期 (CloudKit) — ユーザーが iOS 設定で iCloud Drive を有効にした場合、アラームおよびミッション設定がユーザー本人の iCloud コンテナ（iCloud.com.eazler.alarmk）に CloudKit 経由で同期されます。当社はこのデータにアクセスできず、ユーザーのデバイス間同期以外の用途には使用されません。起床統計やアラームハンドルなどデバイス固有のデータは同期対象外です。
App Store 診断データ — Apple が収集する標準のクラッシュレポートおよび利用統計（Apple のポリシー適用）

今後 Wake Coach など当社が運営するサーバー連携機能が導入される場合は、ユーザーの明示的な同意を得たうえでのみ有効化されます。

5. サードパーティ SDK

AlarmK は広告・分析・トラッカー・ソーシャル・クラッシュレポート SDK を一切使用しません。使用する外部フレームワークはすべて Apple が提供するシステムフレームワーク（AlarmKit, SwiftData, ActivityKit, AVFoundation, Vision, CoreMotion）です。クラッシュ情報は第4項の App Store 診断データを通じて Apple のポリシーに従ってのみ提供されます。

当社はユーザーのデータを第三者に販売・貸与・提供しません。

6. データの保管・削除

ローカルデータはアプリを削除すると一緒に消去されます。
アラーム・ミッションの記録はアプリ内の設定 →「データを削除」でいつでも初期化できます。
QR の Keychain 項目も同じメニューから削除されます(iCloud キーチェーンに同期されたコピーを含む)。

7. 子どものプライバシー

AlarmK は13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。子どもから意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

8. セキュリティ

QR ミッションのシークレットは iOS Keychain に kSecAttrAccessibleAfterFirstUnlock + kSecAttrSynchronizable(iCloud キーチェーン項目)で保存 — 新しい iPhone に移行しても登録済み QR が認証できるようにするためで、iCloud キーチェーンのエンドツーエンド暗号化により Apple も当社も内容を読めません。iCloud キーチェーンがオフの端末では本機のみに保存されます。(1.2.0 以前の端末専用項目は初回使用時に無損失で移行)

9. 変更

10. ウェブサイト (alarmk.com)

ここまでの内容は iOS アプリに関するものです。ウェブサイト alarmk.com には以下が適用されます。

訪問統計 — ウェブサイトに分析スクリプトは入れていません。ただしサイトは Cloudflare を通じて配信されるため、IP アドレスやブラウザ情報などの標準的なリクエスト情報がプロキシとして Cloudflare で処理され、当社は集計されたトラフィック数値のみを確認します。処理方法は Cloudflare のポリシーに従います。
App Store リンク — App Store ボタンをタップすると、ブラウザが標準の referrer として https://alarmk.com/ を Apple に送信します。送信されるのはドメインのみで、閲覧中のページアドレスは含まれません。Apple はこれを流入元の統計として集計します。当社がリンクに付与する追跡パラメータはありません。
ブラウザストレージ — 選択した表示言語を記憶するため、wg-lang の値をブラウザの localStorage に保存します。この値はブラウザ内にのみ保持され、当社のサーバーへ送信されません。
外部 CDN — フォントとスクリプトを cdn.jsdelivr.net および unpkg.com から読み込みます。その際、IP アドレスなど標準的なリクエスト情報が各サービスへ渡されます。

ウェブサイトは広告 SDK や広告目的のトラッカーを使用せず、ログインやアカウント作成を求めることもありません。
