중요 — 알람은 보조 수단입니다. AlarmK는 알람 신뢰도를 높이도록 설계됐지만, 기기 전원 꺼짐·배터리 방전·OS 제약 등 물리적 실패까지 보장하지 않습니다. 정말 중요한 일정에는 시스템 시계 등 백업 알람을 함께 사용하세요.
AlarmK("서비스")를 설치하거나 사용하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 사용하지 마세요.
서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. 기능은 사전 고지 없이 변경·중단될 수 있으며, 가용성·무결점을 보장하지 않습니다.
본 약관을 준수하는 범위에서, 개인적·비상업적 사용을 위한 양도 불가능한 제한적 라이선스를 부여합니다. 서비스의 리버스 엔지니어링·재배포·재판매는 금지됩니다.
iOS 26 AlarmKit은 무음·집중 모드에서도 울리지만, 다음의 경우 알람이 울리지 않을 수 있습니다: 기기 전원 꺼짐, 배터리 0%, 사용자의 권한 거부, OS의 시스템 한도, 기타 통신·하드웨어 장애. 이러한 실패에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
법령 위반, 타인의 권리 침해, 서비스의 정상 운영 방해, 무단 접근 시도를 해서는 안 됩니다.
현재 서비스의 기본 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 인앱 구매나 구독은 없습니다. 향후 유료 플랜을 도입할 경우 가격·조건을 사전에 고지합니다. 결제·환불은 Apple App Store 정책을 따릅니다.
서비스는 명시적·묵시적 보증 없이 제공됩니다. 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성, 비침해, 무중단·무오류 동작을 보증하지 않습니다.
관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 서비스 사용 또는 알람 미작동으로 인한 간접·부수·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일을 갱신합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 사용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할로 합니다.

Important — alarms are a backup aid. AlarmK is designed to improve alarm reliability, but it cannot guarantee against physical failures such as a powered-off device, drained battery, or OS limits. For anything truly important, also use a backup alarm such as the system Clock.
By installing or using AlarmK (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Features may change or be discontinued without notice, and availability or freedom from defects is not guaranteed.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of the Service is prohibited.
iOS 26 AlarmKit cuts through Silent and Focus modes, but alarms may fail to ring in cases including: a powered-off device, 0% battery, denied permissions, system limits imposed by the OS, and other network or hardware faults. We are not liable for such failures.
You may not violate laws, infringe others' rights, disrupt the normal operation of the Service, or attempt unauthorized access.
The Service's core features are currently free, with no in-app purchases and no subscription. If a paid plan is introduced in future, its pricing and terms will be disclosed in advance, and payments/refunds follow Apple App Store policies.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any alarm failing to ring.
These Terms may change; we will update the Effective date when they do. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea.

本サービスの基本機能は現在無料で提供されており、アプリ内課金やサブスクリプションはありません。今後有料プランを導入する場合は、価格・条件を事前に告知し、支払い・返金は Apple App Store のポリシーに従います。
本サービスは、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証もなく提供されます。商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害、無中断・無誤動作を保証しません。
法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、本サービスの利用またはアラームが鳴らなかったことに起因する間接的・付随的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。
本規約は変更されることがあり、その際は施行日を更新します。変更後も本サービスを使い続けた場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は大韓民国の法律に従って解釈され、紛争は大韓民国の裁判所を管轄とします。
